The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

It's located in a lovely area just a few steps away from one of Paris' most beautiful parks, the "Parc Montsouris". It also has great access to public transports. My flat, a spacious studio, is arranged as a one bedroom apartment: there's a living room, along with a separate dressing room and a mezzanine with a super comfortable bed.
