Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.

The General Arthur

A lovely lofted Airbnb in the heart of Downtown Norman. Lots of original charm and updated amenities come together in this urban space. Walking distance to local food, breweries, coffee shops & entertainment and less than a mile from the University of Oklahoma. The space has a hand painted sign dating back to the late 1800's on the wall, original hardwood floors & great view of downtown. This home was designed and built by an OU faculty member who was a fine art furniture builder. The home features the original owners hand crafted solid wood cabinetry throughout and is full of authentic mid century fixtures that have aged well but, please note, are not in like new condition. We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
