A cozy house in the heart of the capital

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

Have you been to Chisinau before or is this your first time in Moldova? What about Eastern Europe? I can tell you the city has changed a lot, the whole region did. Chisinau is a wonderful green city with beautiful parks, lots of cool cafes, gourmet restaurants and of course amazing wineries that are just miles away. Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. close to the centre of the city. The tiny house is part of a bigger residence, however it has a separate entrance for our guests. There is a terrace in front of the dwelling with a garden to enjoy. Sauna is for an extra price!
