The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Enjoy a charming basement apartment with private access in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, just 2 blocks to the King St. Metro for a short ride into DC. Unit comes with a private bath and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee machine), plus shared washer/dryer and backyard with fire pit and grill. Great alternative to a hotel. If you want to drive, there is free street parking (with guest pass) and we are just 15 mins to DC, 8 minutes to National airport.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

Huge Studio/Temp Control Mattress/Free Parking

We have an Eight Sleep Cover on the bed. This allows for temperature control cold/hot for each individual side (or the whole bed). It is an amazingly good nights rest. Coffee Bar with Keurig Machine and French Press with assortment of teas & coffees (whole and ground). Recently updated with a fresh coat of paint & stylish tile shower.
