Goditi una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Tittabawassee! 3 camere da letto (1 king-size e 2 queen-size) e una serie di letti a castello nella veranda, per 8 persone. 2 bagni completi. Garage/sala giochi rifiniti, gazebo, focolare e camino a gas. Vicino a 5 location per matrimoni! Facile accesso dalla M-61 su una strada asfaltata. Attualmente godiamo del flusso naturale del fiume Tittabawassee, ma ti preghiamo di notare che non esiste un buon punto di accesso per entrare in acqua. Si stima che il restauro della diga che crea il lago sarà completato nel 2026.

Cabina "rustica" sulla parte principale del lago Secord. Solo nuoto e kayak. Devi avere almeno 25 anni per essere il locatario principale. Sono disponibili due kayak. Splendida vista sull'acqua. Tramonti incredibili. Mattine tranquille. Grandi finestre per godersi la vista. Bagno interno con doccia esterna. (Nessuna doccia o vasca interna) Due letti nel soppalco. Tavolo da picnic e set da patio con 4 sedie. Area per il barbecue vicino alla spiaggia. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Niente feste, per favore.
