Beautiful views of Northeast Iowa's Driftless Area. This house is located in a hickory grove on top of a scenic location just off a hard surface road; centrally located between Waukon, Lansing and New Albin, Iowa. Our rental property is the upper level of a 2 level home, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level is currently occupied by a tenant. Our relaxing hot tub is located on the lower deck with a beautiful view of the valley, and has privacy curtains.

There are two lofted bedrooms on the main floor as well as a screened in porch, fire pit, 4-person hot tub, and bass pond!

Village Creek Lodge is a 7 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Log Home with a swimming pool, hot tub jacuzzi and Large fishing pond stocked with Bass, Bluegill, & Catfish. This Lodge can sleep up to 18. Due to staff shortage & lack of a Large Laundry facility we currently have the cleaning fee discounted for renters to bring their own SHEETS, TOWELS, & PILLOWCASES or we may be able provide in certain situations for an extra fee. *Pool is closed for end of season starting Oct 15
