Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Das "Hühnerhaus"

Das Hühnerhaus liegt inmitten des schönen Permagartens, unterhalb eines ehemaligen Klosters, auf dem Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi und Guido leben hier ihren Traum von Unabhängigkeit und wollen den Hof Nachhaltig und Enkeltauglich ausbauen. So sind zum Beispiel die Wände und die Decke des Hühnerhauses aus den über 200 Jahre alten Dielenbrettern des Haupthauses gemacht worden. Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Unser Haus liegt eingebettet in Felder, die der Löwenzahn im Frühjahr gelb färbt und der Schnee im Winter weiß. Im Sommer weht der Duft von gemähten Wiesen durch die Luft und wenn es auf den Herbst zugeht, tragen die Obstbäume und der Garten direkt vor der Ferienwohnung Früchte. Hier im Allgäu können Sie der Natur wirklich nah sein. Ausflugsziele zum Wandern und Radeln sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen, aber auch Wohnung, Garten und der nahegelegenen Wald laden ein, in Ruhe zu entspannen.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb drei Minuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein tolles Restaurant mit Biergarten. Die Stadt Kempten erreicht man mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite des Hauses. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse (5x3m) blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!
