Immerso a Laguna Beach, a 300 passi da 2 bellissimi accessi alla spiaggia e a dieci minuti di auto dalla trendy 30A, questo piccolo vecchio cottage sulla spiaggia è davvero accogliente e tranquillo. Un portico anteriore schermato per il caffè del mattino o il pisolino pomeridiano e un portico posteriore per cenare sotto le luci. Una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda. Questo piccolo alloggio è vecchio e stravagante, ma l'aria condizionata è nuova e il fascino e la posizione non hanno rivali! Viaggio per lavoro e, con preavviso, potrei trovarmi nella dependance, che non è affittata ad altri.

Avrai il tuo ingresso privato e un parcheggio per un'auto. Al piano inferiore troverai la zona giorno, la cucina completa, la lavatrice/asciugatrice e il bagno. Il loft dispone di 2 letti matrimoniali. Piccolo cortile per posti a sedere esterni e doccia esterna. Meraviglioso quartiere con marciapiedi per andare in bicicletta o a piedi! Ho anche un autista per il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto. Basta che mi invii un messaggio!
