The Lemon Tour consists of the visit to our farm with practical examples of growing, harvesting and it’s also possible to see our workers in action in the gardens. Then there will be a break in our outdoor place among the lemons where you can taste lemon cake, fresh lemonade and limoncello. After there will be a visit to the family’s Museum of Arts and Crafts, and to the factory where you can see how to make limoncello. In the factory it’s possible to buy our limoncello, products and fresh lemons with the possibility of sending them. Our farm is certified organic and produces the Amalfi Coast Lemons PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and our Tour is aimed at an audience that understands and appreciates the educational and emotional trip. Visits to our companies are strongly discouraged for people who have limited mobility and health, being vertical farm. The period of maximum splendor for lemons is from February to August. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 5€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. IL SENTIERO DEGLI DEI è un escursione che va da Agerola (Amalfi) a Nocelle (Positano) o viceversa. Da Nocelle, possiamo arrivare a Positano scendendo 1800 scalini fino alla spiaggia di Arienzo. Ad Arienzo c'e' una spiaggia dove potervi fare il bagno. La vista è molto bella perché potete vedere tutta la Costiera Amalfitana e Capri. Nell'entroterra fella costiera troverai limoneti, vigneti e fiordi profondi, vecchi sentieri pittoreschi e villaggi collinari. C'e' anche la possibilità di fare il sentiero alto degli Dei ma devi essere allenato ed indossare scarpe da trekking. Le 4 D del sentiero basso degli Dei sono: Difficoltà: E (Escursionista), Durata: 3 ore , Dislivello in discesa: 250 metri e distanza: 7 km ( 5 miglia). The boat tour is the best way to discover the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will leave from Amalfi and sail to discover the different locations of the Amalfi Coast, caves and beaches that can only be reached by sea. We will admire the villages of Conca dei Marini, Furore, Praiano and Positano, the crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be several stops for swimming, we will show you the best places to dive and you will use the snorkeling equipment, floats and beach towels that will be provided. Also included are drinks (soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fruit which you can enjoy while admiring the coast and with the sound of the waves in the background. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Back on board, the tour will continue and you will be able to discover other coastal gems such as Ravello, Minori and Maiori with its famous Pandora cave. La nostra esperienza avrà inizio dal Porto di Amalfi, il cuore della Costiera Amalfitana! Partiremo verso Est, dove conosceremo uno dei più piccoli borghi d'Italia, Atrani; proseguendo giungeremo a Marmorata con la sua bellissima cascata naturale; andando verso Minori, riusciremo a vedere dal mare anche la città di Ravello, conosciuta per le sue ville che vi consigliamo di visitare; infine arriveremo a Maiori dove troveremo la grotta Pandora. Da qui cambieremo rotta, passando per la grotta di Sant'Andrea (all'interno di essa c'è una spiaggia che si può raggiungere solamente a nuoto) e Conca dei Marini. Durante queste tappe potremo ammirare la villa in cui ha vissuto la famosa attrice Sofia Loren e fermarci in uno dei tanti ristoranti sulla spiaggia per assaporare le prelibatezze locali. Più avanti scopriremo la Grotta dello Smeraldo (ticket non incluso), conosciuta per il colore magico delle sue acque che cambiano colore a seconda delle condizioni climatiche. Proseguendo troveremo il Fiordo di Furore, caratteristico per il suo arco naturale in roccia, e Praiano, dove ci aspetterà un altra grotta, quella dei Pirati. Finiremo il nostro viaggio arrivando alla bellissima Positano, dove potremo fermarci per visitarla e perché no, fare un po' di shopping! Sarete accolti nel casale di famiglia e dopo esserci presentati davanti a un caffè o a un buon bicchiere di vino biologico prodotto nella nostra cantina, inizieremo un divertente corso di cucina. Inizieremo la lezione preparando il dessert: il tradizionale Tiramisù della Costiera Amalfitana. Prepareremo poi la pasta fresca e ci divertiremo a impastarla con le nostre mani: tagliatelle e ravioli. Dopodiché cucineremo il cibo preparato durante il corso tutti insieme e lo apprezzeremo a tavola con un buon bicchiere di vino. I will share with you the history of my family farmhouse, the information and little secrets behind each ingredient and dish. Discover the local traditional cousin of Agerola and the Amalfi Coast enjoying dishes made with organic ingredients produced in our farmhouse and two types of home-made organic wine: Aglianico and Catalanesco. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Back on board, the tour will continue and you will be able to discover other coastal gems such as Ravello, Minori and Maiori with its famous Pandora cave. You will spend an unforgettable day together with your travel friends and you will return to Amalfi with a wonderful experience to add to your life baggage! Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one!
