Confortevole, molto pulita, ben attrezzata, il proprietario vive a 5 minuti di distanza ed è pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta. Situata in posizione centrale nel centro storico di Woodstock, nel New Brunswick, a 5 minuti dalla Trans Canada Highway e vicino a negozi e scuole. Bellissima zona!

L'unità è accessibile ai disabili, senza gradini alle porte anteriori o posteriori, ampi corridoi e porte da 90 cm in ogni stanza. Questa è una spaziosa casa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La cucina a pianta aperta e la zona soggiorno hanno soffitti alti. L'ampia cucina è ideale per chi ama preparare da sé i pasti. Garage non incluso. Griglia per barbecue fornita stagionalmente.

Goditi la pesca, il kayak e il nuoto dai nostri 550 metri di fronte sul fiume Meduxnekeag, o le escursioni e le ciaspolate sui nostri oltre 28 ettari. A 5 minuti dal campo da golf di Houlton e dai sentieri per motoslitte. Arrostisci alcuni smore sul falò con i bambini al tramonto, o accoccolati e guarda un film all'interno in una giornata di pioggia.
