A 1,6 km da un incantevole villaggio nella campagna dei cavalli, il tuo cottage dispone di cucina completa/soggiorno, 2 camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 doppia), bagno, lavatrice/asciugatrice, terrazza, patio e cortile. Vicino a college, ristoranti e attività. Speriamo che amerai questo angolo di mondo tanto quanto noi.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato in casa privata. Gli animali domestici possono essere ammessi a seconda dei casi. Contattami per discuterne. Ampio parcheggio fuori strada. Posizione tranquilla. Situato in posizione centrale. Hudson a nord (20 minuti). Millerton (10 minuti) a est. Rhinebeck (20 minuti) a ovest. Poughkeepsie a sud. Partite di polo estive a soli 5 minuti dalla casa. La spiaggia della città dista un paio di minuti. Molti ristoranti a pochi minuti di distanza. Lo Stissing Center, che offre spettacoli musicali e teatrali, è raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

Soggiorno rilassante e appartato con animali socievoli e affettuosi.

Si tratta di un'area privata completamente rifinita, con accesso al piano terra, nel seminterrato della casa principale. Proprio fuori dalla porta d'ingresso ci sono 800 acri di sentieri escursionistici. Sarai circondato da una foresta matura, con capre, oche, anatre, gattini e cuccioli amorevoli e socievoli. Per migliorare questo rifugio privato, ci sono una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna a pochi passi dalla porta. Abbiamo appena aggiunto un condizionatore mini split!
