We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 dogs ( meet our doodles!) on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the features of downtown living. The boxcar is directly behind an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
