The barn has 2 bedrooms plus an extra sleep area upstairs. Gather in the living room area with the fireplace or enjoy the yard views with a campfire and sounds of the babbling brook. Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

The Cottage is also an easy walk to the trails in the Equinox Pond preserve. Enjoy this pristine wilderness oasis, plus hiking up Equinox Mountain and surrounding trail system without having to step into your car. The Gate House--Experience Vermont!

The Gate House is a historic property located at the foothills of Mt Anthony. Built in 1865, the original structure of the house served as the gate house to the Colgate Estate, one of the most beautiful properties in Southwestern Vermont. Our home is just a few short miles to downtown where you can find local restaurants and breweries. We are not far from some of the best skiing/riding in the Northeast at Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.

Located in Historic Arlington, the Pink House is one of the oldest houses in town, dating back to the 1790s. One mile away you will find one of the oldest country stores in Vermont. House has been recently renovated for updated amenities while maintaining the historic charm. One of the best walk-in access points for the Battenkill River- a fisherman’s dream! Close to shopping, hiking, mountains, and more!

Stunning mid-century house on 2.5 private acres

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.
