È molto vicino alla famosa spiaggia di Vagator & Morjim e al Forte di Chapora, il che la rende un'ottima base per esplorare tutto ciò che Goa ha da offrire. Ci sono diversi ristoranti, negozi di vini e supermercati in giro per soddisfare tutte le esigenze della tua vacanza.

Casa Tota è una casa in stile portoghese che ha circa 150 anni. È stato restaurato con cura ed è arredato in modo confortevole. C'è un cortile centrale, che ospita la cucina e la zona pranzo e un specchio d'acqua decorativo al centro. Sono presenti 3 camere da letto matrimoniali con doccia en-suite. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. La terza camera da letto può essere configurata come camera doppia su richiesta. C'è anche una graziosa zona giardino con piscina privata poco profonda nel cortile sul retro.
