Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Apartment in Zentrumnähe, zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten auch zahlreiche Wanderwege durch die Weingärten erreichbar! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Radwege (Radverleih zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Garten Ferienwohnung LA-hauptplatzfünf

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Hauptplatz in der Gemeinde Ladendorf. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen in den Garten. Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
