As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

La "Seashell Cove" è una casa a schiera di 2 piani di nuova costruzione, situata a meno di 3 km a nord del centro di Long Beach. The king bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.
