La sistemazione splendidamente decorata, piena di luce e molto isolata, ti permetterà di dormire meravigliosamente e di trascorrere un soggiorno memorabile. Il nostro gioiello del centro si trova a soli 400 metri dalla strada principale, è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e dista 1,1 km dalle stazioni ferroviarie e degli autobus

La villa "Kolokita" ti offre una vista sul mare a 360 gradi. La casa dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Puoi gustare il caffè del mattino sulla nostra veranda o su uno dei due balconi con vista incredibile. La casa si trova nel complesso di Sozopolis, dove c'è tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta (grande piscina, centro fitness, ristoranti...). Secondo la legge bulgara, siamo legalmente obbligati a registrare tutti gli ospiti nel registro nazionale, ed è necessario fornirci un documento d'identità prima del check-in. Grazie!

Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.
