In this ample space, you will have a large sofa, plasma TV + smart TV, a separate dining area, a full kitchen, and a bar counter. The apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Welcome to our spacious place which is cleaned with desinfectants. Within our maisonette with a big terrace there are 2 sleeping rooms. One is a renovated, cozy, spacious and bright room with Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) charme and comfort! Our apartment is ONLY FOR YOU these days, pretty central, a few minutes away from the city center, not far to Messe Wien, Congress Center, MGC Center, Augarten, Fluc & Flex. In April 2022 we renovated also our kitchen! So It's pretty new!

Cozy Apartement in central Vienna

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Meine Unterkunft (ca 53 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Wenn du gern zu Fuss unterwegs bist, kannst du auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. AB SOFORT EXTRA REINIGUNG

It is centrally located between the Augarten and the city centre, so that you can get anywhere, whether you are travelling for business or pleasure.
