Una casa speciale nel vecchio quartiere, con un ampio giardino rispetto a una città. Questo è un luogo sorprendente sulle montagne della Giudea con alberi sia vecchi che giovani. La casa è confortevole e coccola nella misura, una cucina completamente attrezzata per preparare un pasto. Nel giardino c'è un posto per un piccolo caminetto, una vasca idromassaggio e una doccia esterna, una piscina ornamentale e una cascata, c'è una comoda terrazza per un tappetino da yoga e vari angoli accoglienti. Spazio protetto: dista circa un minuto a piedi lungo la strada. E una nota importante: La casa è stata costruita su un livello nel corso degli anni da persone diverse. Un bellissimo, spazioso, pulito, ben curato e tranquillo moshav religioso nella valle dell'Elah, con vista toscana e tramonti spettacolari. Adatto per vacanze di coppia o di famiglia. L'unità si trova tra il Parco del Regno Unito e Adulam Park e a circa 10 minuti di auto dal Parco Nazionale di Govrin, vicino a molti e variegati sentieri escursionistici, grotte striscianti, piste ciclabili (molte piste singole) e veicoli 4x4 (è possibile prenotare tour in jeep), piscina a Kibbutz Beit Govrin . Il moshav si trova a circa 15-20 minuti da Beit Shemesh e Kiryat Gat, e c'è un super in loco e un parco di strutture per bambini.
