FREE WIFI, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, a single extra large 600ft² upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

Located in a safe, nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to the beautiful Panorama hills and a few minutes away from Bakersfield College and Kern Medical Hospital. An excellent option for BC and Kern Medical students and workers.
