Benvenuto nella casa più lussuosa della Valley. Abbiamo progettato, costruito e attrezzato questa casa per l'esperienza di affitto più confortevole possibile. Da Boll & Branch Sheets a una macchina per il caffè espresso DeLonghi, non abbiamo tagliato niente e pensato a tutto. Il nostro obiettivo, quando abbiamo costruito e progettato questa casa, era quello di creare un posto accogliente ed esclusivo in cui rifugiarci a North Conway. Con Echo Lake a soli 5 minuti a piedi e diverse montagne da sci a pochi minuti di distanza, la nostra villa è il punto di partenza perfetto per ogni stagione!

Vista sull'acqua dalla cucina e dal soggiorno. 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno al piano di sotto. 2 camere da letto al piano superiore con bagno Jack e Jill. 2 kayak e 1 canoa in dotazione. Questa proprietà ha una vista imbattibile sulle montagne, sul lago e sul laghetto a 180 gradi! Goditi la vista all'alba sul lago Sebago. La proprietà dispone di ottime aree salotto all'esterno per godersi il panorama. Il grande lotto offre molto spazio per far divertire i bambini. Sono presenti anche cestini da disc golf e un canestro da basket. Il generatore automatico e il caricabatterie Telsa sono ottimi vantaggi.

Una volta la più grande casa sul lago. Il mio posto è vicino a splendide viste, attività per famiglie e ristoranti. Amerai il mio posto a causa dell'intimità, dei panorami e della posizione (desiderabile Winter Harbor). Il molo può ospitare due barche (una piccola e una barca standard fino a 22 piedi di lunghezza). L'area erbosa accanto alla casa è favolosa per giocare con i tuoi figli/nipoti. Anche se non c'è spiaggia, è abbastanza poco profondo per i bambini piccoli. Favoloso per una fuga o una riunione di famiglia.

Couples Cottage Limit 4

Designed with a modern camp spa style the couples cottage has high ceilings, white washed pine walls and plenty of windows providing soft natural light. Beautiful designed, the cottage's great room has lots of space with views of Sebago Lake. The cottage has a full kitchen and additional lofted sleeping space accessed by a latter. The main suite has lake views, have some coffee on your private patio or relax in the modern soaking tub.

109 - 1 Bedrooms, 1.0 Baths (Sleeps 5) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 5- Pet friendly - SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT. Rustic one bedroom cottage with a large sandy beach. Great spot for getting away from it all. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the views and watch the kids play in the sand. The bedroom has a Full bed. There is a twin bed in the front room and a futon in the living room. One dog w/permission and an additional $125 pet fee. Waterfront Description: Beautiful sandy beach - safe spot for children.

This allows for up to 4 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with at Nason's Beach which is a very short drive away.

The lovely sandy beach with a dock and an open water view is just steps from the screened porch. Walking distance to small convenience store.
