Questo alloggio privato ha un salotto, una camera da letto e un bagno. Non c'è la cucina ma c'è un bollitore, tostapane, frigorifero e barbecue. Vengono forniti anche tè, caffè, latte, burro e pane fatto in casa. La biancheria e gli arredi di qualità sono stati scelti pensando al comfort. C'è un ampio giardino e uliveto in cui passeggiare ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto o una piacevole passeggiata di 30 minuti in città.

Rilassati con una bottiglia di rosso davanti al fuoco, rigenerati nella spa all'aperto circondata da foresta nativa o passeggia lungo alcuni sentieri collinari. Per gli appassionati di mountain bike, c'è un sentiero ferroviario storico (Kep Track) alla fine della strada. La Swan Valley si trova a 20 minuti di auto, mentre il pub locale offre ottimi pranzi.

Rilassati e goditi la pace e la tranquillità nel bellissimo cottage della nostra proprietà di 5 ettari, dove i canguri vagano liberamente e di tanto in tanto potresti avvistare un'echidna. Anatre selvatiche e tartarughe dal collo lungo vivono nella nostra diga, che durante i mesi invernali trabocca e cade giù per la collina in una cascata ruggente che può essere sentita dal cottage. C'è un'abbondanza di uccelli: kookaburra, cacatua, gazze, pappagalli e scriccioli blu, solo per citarne alcuni. La nostra struttura NON è adatta a bambini o neonati.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Also Millbrook Winery, The Quarry Farm and several other venues which makes this cottage perfect for a stopover or longer stay.
