Magical Views - House in dreamlike location

Das Haus liegt hoch am Berg – alleine. Bei klarer Sicht haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Sie erleben friedliche Stille. Es kann aber ebenso passieren, dass Haus und Umgebung vom Nebel verschluckt werden, dass der Wind ums Haus heult und der Regen gegen die Fenster peitscht!!! A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
