We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.
