Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.
