It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.

There is a back yard . There is a good internet service within the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to self cater. It is a five minute walk to the main street, sea walk and public transport services.

Es eignet sich für Natur-Liebhaber, Ruhe und Entspannung und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick Es kann 1 Hund mitgebracht werden ( Schafe!!) Das Wasser kommt vom hauseigenen Brunnen und wird labormäßig getestet auf die Qualität. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 6 Jahren.
