Il cottage presenta un arioso open space con soggiorno, zona pranzo e cucina. C'è anche una camera da letto privata e un bagno con doccia invitante. Boschi, torrente, fauna selvatica e a soli 30 minuti da Paducah.

Posizione tranquilla, con posto auto coperto e ulteriori parcheggi sulla strada. Quartiere pet friendly, con parco per cani proprio in fondo alla strada. Cucina completamente attrezzata, ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo interna, cabina doccia piastrellata, letto matrimoniale in camera da letto e divano letto matrimoniale. Uffici e wifi ad alta velocità. Portico esterno per le giornate calde.

Questa baita accogliente, recentemente ristrutturata e invitante ti offre un ambiente rilassante, sereno e tranquillo. Durante il tuo soggiorno vedrai la natura al suo meglio. Goditi un drink sulla grande terrazza che si affaccia sul pittoresco paesaggio e sul lago. Se ti piace pescare, questo lago rifornito è il posto che fa per te. Sentiti libero di pescare sulla riva o sul molo. Questa baita fa parte della fattoria originale fondata nel 1855 da Valentine Kimber. Situato vicino ai sentieri del vino e all'interstatale 57.

Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area.
