Il Sassafrass Silo era in origine un silo per cereali che Mike ha trovato in una fattoria in Kansas. Abbiamo pensato che avesse ancora tanta vita davanti, così l'abbiamo portato dal campo alla foresta e le abbiamo dato un nuovo scopo! Il suo nuovo viaggio si basa sulla storia familiare di Debbie, originaria della bellissima Natchez, Mississippi. I suoi ricordi di quando prestava servizio al Pellegrinaggio con la sua gonna a cerchio e il fascino classico delle case anteguerra, insieme al suo amore per lo stile bohémien, la natura e il lago, hanno contribuito a creare questo spazio unico!

Questo accogliente cottage è il rifugio perfetto per le coppie che vogliono godersi la tranquillità e il panorama del lago Table Rock. Lo spazio esterno dispone di un'area boschiva con imponenti cedri e pini e una vasca idromassaggio coperta per allontanare le preoccupazioni mentre ti godi gli splendidi tramonti sul lago o il cielo notturno, perfetto per osservare le stelle con la tua dolce metà.

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area.

Property is located 5miles from town, 12 min from Eagle Rock, 15 minutes from Table Rock Lake, 10 minutes from Roaring River State Park, 35 minutes from the Eureka Spring AR. A nice place to visit for a weekend or if you are in town for business. A little bit of country is good for everyone!
