Owned by the same family since 1948, it is well equipped and furnished and decorated to a very good standard. The newly converted ‘Castle’ although separate to the main house is ideal for grandparents or an overflow to the house. The gardens are well tended and planted with seating areas overlooking the Creek.

Haven is a spacious, delightful four bedroom family house in the beautiful town of Salcombe in South Devon. Maintained to a very high standard and situated within a short level walk of the town, lovely beaches, car and boat parks. The property is well-equipped and is set-up for one or two families with a paved terrace to the rear. Salcombe has a great selection of pubs and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the house and the excellent Salcombe Gin Distillery and bar is even closer!
