The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.
