Completo di cucina da chef completamente attrezzata, nuovi elettrodomestici e una grande isola di preparazione. Goditi un ampio tavolo da pranzo, una comoda zona giorno e una TV a grande schermo. Dopo una giornata sul fiume, rilassati nella sala giochi o sul bellissimo molo. Possiamo ospitare la tua barca fino a 32' e goderti i kayak forniti per te.

Dispone di un ampio patio con balcone e vista sul fiume, e di un intero spazio di intrattenimento sotto la casa. Accesso diretto al Golfo!

La casa si trova sul fiume principale vicino alle sorgenti di Weeki Wachee e ha un ottimo accesso al golfo del Messico. È possibile ormeggiare una barca fino a 24'. Si trova a pochi minuti da Pine Island Beach Park, Hernando Beach e Sun West Park. Si trova anche a circa un'ora e mezza dalla famosa spiaggia di Clearwater. First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.
