Estarás a dos minutos a pie de la Playa de las Vistas, desde el balcón vistas al mar y la playa . Tiene 47m2 bien distribuidos , Aire acondicionado, Smart TV 58", Internet fibra óptica 100Mb, Mesa de trabajo ordenador. Cocina completamente equipada: Nevera, Horno eléctrico, Microondas, Lavadora, Secadora, Nespresso, batidora, licuadora,etc Todo lo que necesitas para una estancia maravillosa! Dormitorio con aire acondicionado y baño con ducha efecto lluvia. Zona muy tranquila.

(I'm a well known landscape photographer on the island). The 40" Smart TV has a huge load of premium channels from all European Countries and languages! Tiene también para su disfrute privado de 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi, tumbonas, wifi y tv . Queremos turismo que venga a visitar la isla y sean tranquilos. No se debe hacer ruido 23:00 - 7:00. NO SE ACEPTA TURISMO DE BORRACHERA.
