Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. 15min to Town of Bedford and D-Day Memorial. 35min to Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mtn Lake. Boat rentals, put put, arcade, and great restaurants just down the road. There is plenty of room for parking for all who want to bring your own boat.

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.

The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.

Brand new custom built 2 bedroom getaway surrounded by 6 private acres. Amazing views thru the 9 panel front glass windows or on the large patio and a one of a kind walk in shower with rain fall head. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Only 10 min. from Liberty University. This house is for no more then 6 people and local reservations will be asked to provide additional information.

Viola Cottage- Charming 1940's Farm Stay

A charming 1940's cottage, completely restored, and situated on a farm with beautiful Peaks of Otter and rolling pasture views. We are 2 miles to Rt. 460, DDay Memorial, restaurants, and shops in historic Bedford. Centrally located between Smith Mtn. Lake, Lynchburg & Roanoke. The sister cottage next door is also available to rent.
