The exterior kitchen and Bluetooth speakers make enjoying the outdoors easy. The interior consists of one queen size bed, four twin beds, as well as a fold down dinette. One full size bathroom with a walk in shower in the front, and a half bath in the back. A full kitchen and a ton of cabinet space. The theater chairs make for a cozy movie night.

Reese Creek runs on the property. The water on the property is well water. Anca's Ark Animal Sanctuary (cats, dogs) is located on the property.
