A comfy double bed, fresh cotton sheets, doona, bathtowels, tv, microwave, fridge, electric 2-plate cooker and washing machine. The verandah has a lovely chilled vibe. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or take a leisurely stroll to town (12-15min walk/3 min drive) to the many vibrant cafes, pubs, boutiques and a plethora of culinary delights.

Beautiful 1 bed studio apartment set on a lush, quiet 2.5 acre block surrounded by nature. Only 5 min North of Coffs Harbour centre, close to beaches, shops & tourist attractions, but you could be miles away! Our self-contained, one room studio apartment is on a street surrounded by horse fields, the river and the showground. Only 600m to the centre of town . Our private, ground floor room is spacious, open and airy with a king size bed OR 2 single beds + 2 extra single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart tv and open living space overlooking the garden. The studio has a well appointed kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. We do not provide breakfast.

Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.
