Il nostro appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è il luogo perfetto per la tua vacanza al mare o per qualsiasi altra occasione. L'appartamento è stato dipinto di recente e sono stati installati anche nuovi pavimenti. L'appartamento si trova appena a est della Route 1 e a circa 5 km dalla spiaggia di Lewes. Le piste ciclabili si trovano nelle vicinanze e il Cape Henlopen State Park dista circa 5 km.

Bring the family to this large, ground floor condo with lots of room for fun. It's in a great community close to the beach, the state park, downtown Lewes, shopping, and restaurants. It has a nice patio that faces a pond with a fountain. Close, free access to a great pool and gas grills. Primary has a spa tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. Second bath has shower/tub combo. Stocked pantry, washer and dryer, lgames and books, lockable outdoor closet for bikes, coolers and beach things.

Enjoy this 3rd floor (no elevator) renovated condo with amenities-tennis courts, walking & biking paths connecting to downtown Lewes & 2 outdoor pools in season. The condo is east of route 1, 3 miles to Lewes beach & 12 restaurants, 4 you can walk to, nail & a hair salon, grocery store and a CVS (3 blocks). We need pictures of everyone’s license per our condo association & the person booking must be at least 25 years of age. There are 4 beach chairs and a large umbrella & 2 chair umbrellas.
