Tuttavia, l'ingresso del vialetto è condiviso. Questo annuncio riguarda la casa sul retro della proprietà. Il Captain's Cottage si trova in una posizione davvero unica per Belmar. Negli ultimi anni, la zona del porto turistico di Belmar ha guadagnato popolarità grazie all'apertura di parchi, passerelle sul lungomare, moli per la pesca e nuovi bar e ristoranti lungo il fiume Shark. Il molo della 9th Avenue e il Marina Grille hanno riscosso un grande successo: qui potrai gustare un pasto e un drink sul lungomare mentre ammiri il bellissimo tramonto. In questa zona sono disponibili anche barche da pesca, minigolf, parasailing e noleggio di kayak/SUP. La casa è comunque vicino a Main Street e a circa un miglio dall'oceano. In alternativa all'oceano, c'è anche una spiaggia libera lungo lo Shark River, proprio di fronte alla casa. Parcheggio: nello spazio assegnato possono essere ospitate due auto, mentre nelle strade laterali adiacenti (K o L Street) è disponibile un parcheggio aggiuntivo gratuito. La stazione ferroviaria di Belmar e la Main Street di Belmar sono a pochi passi. Si trova a un miglio dall'oceano e c'è anche una spiaggia pubblica gratuita proprio dall'altra parte della strada, lungo il fiume Shark. A breve distanza in Uber, bicicletta o treno da Asbury Park.
