Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

(1 mile), Cal campus (1 mile), Gourmet Ghetto (world-class cuisine), Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Berkeley Marina (1.5 miles). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
