Spesso ci siamo fermati alle enormi finestre di questo spazio al piano terra e abbiamo guardato i cervi madre con i loro cerbiatti giocare nel cortile. La tua casa lontano da casa si trova alla fine di un vicolo cieco già tranquillo, quindi il rumore del traffico è pari a zero. La tua suite è completamente privata con ingresso al piano terra. La tua cucina ha un lavandino a grandezza naturale, una stufa a induzione, un frigorifero, con tutte le tue pentole, stoviglie. Nuovo bagno con vasca.

La nostra casa ranch unifamiliare degli anni '50, ristrutturata e soleggiata, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e bello, e offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno lungo o breve. Posizione favolosa, a pochi minuti da diverse università, ospedali, siti storici e dal centro di Winston-Salem. Nelle vicinanze si trovano molti ristoranti, negozi e parchi ricreativi. L'aeroporto Piedmont Triad di Greensboro dista 35 minuti. ***ATTENZIONE ALLERGIE*** La casa viene pulita in modo professionale, ma cani e gatti soggiornano qui occasionalmente.

Convenient to Greensboro, close to vineyards, Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Parks with access to hiking, biking, tubing, zip lining and other outdoor activities.

Feels like the countryside within city limits. This cottage sits on shared property with the owners’ home and overlooks more than an acre of woodland, with a small garden just out front. Beyond the energized deer‑protection fence lies a Duke Energy easement and a wooded ravine, giving the property a quiet, tucked‑away feel. Guests have ample, well‑lit parking, along with access to a fenced dog yard. A small seating area beneath a mature dogwood tree offers a peaceful spot to relax.

When staying at our place, you are: - 5 min walk to WFU Campus. - 5 min drive to Downtown. - 3 min drive to Stadiums and Restaurants. - 10min drive to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. - Reynolda House museum.
