Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Opposite you'll find a cosy, dog-friendly village pub with open fires. You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

The Orchard

The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Wilma is a pet-friendly, mid-terrace, two-bedroom house which sleeps four, or six including the sofa bed. The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre.
