Questo pittoresco bagno con 3 camere da letto e 1,5 bagni ha una cucina completa con servizi essenziali per cucinare, un patio sul retro che si affaccia sul cortile e sull'oceano e una stanza dei giochi per bambini di fronte alla casa che la rendono una casa perfetta per te e i bambini. Una posizione perfetta per guardare l'alba e il tramonto o semplicemente sedersi all'aperto in una giornata calda e leggere un buon libro.

Situata su 5,2 acri con un grande portico avvolgente, offre molta privacy per le vacanze in famiglia e per mangiare all'aperto. Cucina ristrutturata con elettrodomestici nuovi e casa interamente dipinta e rinnovata. Bevi un caffè sul grande portico panoramico mentre osservi le barche per la pesca dell'aragosta. Visita il Parco Nazionale di Acadia, Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor e molte altre città.

Il nostro piccolo angolo di paradiso si trova sull'oceano Atlantico. Lo spazio è una costruzione unica nel suo genere, che mette in mostra le bellezze naturali di West Jonesport. Il livello principale ospita una suite matrimoniale king-size, una bella cucina da chef e una vista a 180 gradi. Goditi il ponte superiore mentre ti immergi nella lettura di un libro, grigli la cena o ti rifugi nella doccia privata all'aperto. Dal ponte si accede al piano inferiore, dove troverai un'altra camera da letto, un bagno e un portico/ponte.

Questo cottage di nuova costruzione offre spazio, privacy, vista sul mare e una spiaggia privata. Si trova su una strada privata con solo altre 3 case e a pochi minuti dal centro della città. Sorseggia il caffè del mattino seduto nell'angolo della colazione o sul ponte coperto che si affaccia sulla baia, mentre osservi gli uccelli marini e le foche o, magari, i cervi che vagano per la proprietà. Durante i mesi estivi, a breve distanza, puoi osservare i pescatori di aragoste intenti a recuperare il bottino della giornata.
