The apartment's greatest feature is the spectacular, uninterrupted lake view. This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.

La casa è arredata con opere dell'artista armeno Martirosyan. Tre camere da letto, cucina-soggiorno, galleria, due bagni, 4 balconi. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti piatti della cucina armena (colazioni, pranzi e cene). Organizziamo anche un corso di perfezionamento sulla pittura di piatti su stencil preparati. C'è un posto per cucinare.

Abbiamo fondato Jermatun con la speranza e l'intento di fondere cultura e natura, offrendo il meglio dell'ospitalità armena, della cultura e della natura di Dilijan. Ci troviamo in cima alla collina, vicino alla "Foresta Ubriaca".
