We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.
