Una terrazza panoramica di 2° livello, vasca idromassaggio privata, camera da letto 6 posti letto, due camere da letto con re, divano letto matrimoniale a LR, lavanderia, WIFI ad alta velocità, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, smart TV e tanto altro ancora! Lanai si apre su una spiaggia semi privata e su un tranquillo quartiere di case unifamiliari. C'è anche l'accesso alla baia. Kayak disponibili per il noleggio. Sopra c'è un appartamento separato non incluso. La location non può essere battuta!

Le pressione del mondo si sciolgono mentre ammiri il Golfo del Messico per la prima volta. Design eclettico con influenze per lo più caraibiche. Pavimenti in marmo, piani di lavoro in piastrelle e una grande doccia con panca. Passeggia lungo i sentieri personalizzati che rivelano splendide orchidee e piante esotiche. Vai in kayak, pesca al largo della spiaggia o cerca denti di squalo. Fai una nuotata in piscina o abbronzati.

Boca Grande Beach House - North Unit, è la metà di un duplex di 1 piano. Dispone di 2 camere da letto, soggiorno/sala da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e 1 bagno con doccia a gradini. C'è un ampio portico schermato sul retro e un ampio cortile laterale con tavolo e 4 sedie, 2 sedie a sdraio. Siamo proprio di fronte alla spiaggia e i campi da tennis sono in fondo alla strada. Si trova a pochi passi dal Community Center con un parco giochi per bambini e dall'incantevole cittadina di Boca Grande.
