Clareton Farm Cottage is a self-catered, quiet holiday cottage located in the grounds of our home, with a high level of luxury, nestled in a tranquil & rural location. On the outskirts of the village of Coneythorpe, it is in a very accessible location, 8 miles from Harrogate and 15 miles from York. Containing 2 double bedrooms, we can sleep up to 4 guests very comfortably, full of features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Dogs are very welcome but we charge £20 per dog for their stay.

Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Berry Bottoms Cabin a hidden gem

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Free parking! Dog-friendly! 41 Russell Street enjoys a prominent position in one of York’s most favoured locations. A short stroll takes you directly onto the famous “Bishy Road” (Bishopthorpe Road) which is hugely popular, lying just south of the ancient city walls. This quirky little corner of York has gone from strength to strength, and has some wonderful independent shops and eateries on your doorstep. Conveniently located for the railway station, the city centre and York Racecourse.

Sleeps 4 wood burning Bath, sauna & Pendle Views

Discover the captivating retreat at Fearless Fox Lodge, perfectly situated farm just steps away from the serene Leeds and Liverpool Canal. sleeps 4 but you can request up to 8 (£35pp applies) as we can sort extra bedding for the sofa beds and chair beds etc. The cabin is opposite the ducks, chicken and goats and has a beautiful view of Pendle Hill which is worth the climb xx Features wood burning hot tub (no bubbles) but prefect!!! Also a sauna and a little welcome guest on arrival x

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Light filled cosy two bed flat

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this light and airy first-floor flat. Located within a 20 minute walk of Headingley’s pubs, restaurants, shops and university - with great public transport links to the city centre and only a 15 minute taxi away from Leeds Bradford Airport. The main bedroom features a luxury king-sized Hypnos bed with soft Egyptian cotton bedding and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. Along with a large walk in style wardrobe.

It is a perfect place for couples, small groups & digital nomads wanting to explore Skipton and the Yorkshire dales. Comes with two bikes for exploring the many sights on your doorstep or a short journey away. The house is a 2-minute walk from the centre of town where you can enjoy many independent shops & restaurants.

A memorable place , anything but ordinary. This really is a tiny home, next to the amazing old town of Skipton. It is the Gateway to the Dales. Poppy Cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

A quaint cottage on the outskirts of a town and links to major motorways. Ideally situated for exploring the nearby local town of Skipton or visit the famous Boundary Mill Stores. Poppy cottage has an abundance of original features including original flag floors and stone steps. There is a log burner to snuggle up in front of, after visiting the historical sights of Wycoller Country Park or maybe a walk and pub lunch at the local.

Ali's Little Woodland Wonder-Cosy off grid retreat

Ali's Little Woodland Wonder. A cosy shepherds hut that sleeps 2 adults (and a little one on request!). Situated in its own woodland with a vintage and retro feel. Located on our family run beef and sheep farm in the Yorkshire Dales. Well behaved pets welcome. Option to book an extra pitch for a camper van or tent when also using the Shepherds Hut to bring your friends for a night or two.
