A 5 minute walk to Owairoa Primary School. Howick Beach is only a 5 minute drive and bus stops near by, its also an easy ferry ride in to central Auckland City. We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides. There is a 50” TV and unlimited wifi.
