Rilassati con la famiglia nella nostra casa situata in posizione strategica. Abbiamo acquistato e ristrutturato questo bungalow degli anni '30 mantenendo il maggior numero possibile di caratteristiche originali. Quello che era iniziato come un hobby, unito alla necessità di Gothenburg di un alloggio a prezzi accessibili, è diventato un modo per raccogliere qualche soldo in più per il fondo universitario delle nostre figlie. Ci troviamo a soli 6 km dal Wild Horse Golf Club, a due isolati dall'autostrada 30, a 1,6 km dall'Interstate 80 e a tre isolati dal centro storico.

Vieni a esplorare i grandi spazi aperti quando soggiorni nella casa sul fiume e goditi la tranquillità mentre ammiri la South Loup River Valley. C'è un accesso al fiume per tutti i tipi di divertimento acquatico, come tubing, pesca, kayak e nuoto. Puoi goderti i tramonti serali sulla veranda coperta o impostare il telescopio per ammirare le stelle senza inquinamento luminoso. La connessione in fibra ottica semplifica l'utilizzo dei dispositivi smart per l'intrattenimento o la configurazione di un ufficio mobile per lavorare da remoto.

It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower, a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and a large fenced in backyard. The bedrooms offer sleeping for 4 with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee machine with several options for you to choose from. Full use of the home, fully fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Guest House is a camera free home to insure your privacy.....enjoy our recently added structure "The Hen House"... an indoor entertaining/ smoking room.

Benvenuto in questa deliziosa casa, che conserva elementi della sua storia quasi centenaria. Si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale e offre un comodo soggiorno dove potersi rilassare dopo lunghe ore di guida. La connessione internet ad alta velocità è a disposizione di tutti. Nel seminterrato sono disponibili una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice. Sono inoltre disponibili cuscini e coperte aggiuntivi. È molto vicino al centro, a soli 3-5 minuti da ristoranti, banche e centri commerciali.

Questa casa offre 4 comodi letti king-size che possono facilmente ospitare 8 persone e si trova su una bellissima proprietà fluviale, in posizione strategica appena fuori dalla I-80. Ha tutto il necessario per intrattenere tutta la famiglia, tra cui un ampio patio con una splendida vista. Dista solo 8 km dal famoso Wildhorse Golf Club. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molte aree pubbliche per cacciare e pescare.

Fuga a Riverwoods

Enjoy playing in the North Platte River with spectacular sunsets in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in the country. Only 25 minutes from North Platte, and 25 minutes to Brady’s Jeffrey Lake. There are many family-friendly entertainment options and restaurants available. The cabin is one of 3 on the remote property and the others may be occupied by other guests.

Stazione Pony Express di Cottonwood

Rendi i tuoi ricordi parte della storia! Forse infestato (non saprei). Questa casa è stata costruita prima del 1860 come stazione telegrafica, viaggiando su questa strada Frank Root ha trovato questo ed è diventata una stazione Pony Express per alcuni utenti. Io e il mio defunto marito abbiamo realizzato questa casa fino al 2020.
