Great fishing - bluegill, perch, large mouth bass and pike. Boating (tubing, skiing) also allowed during High Speed Boating Hours. Lake Lavine Hideway offers 2 private bedrooms for 4-5 people with an optional Luxury Queen Mattress to expand to 6 for sleeping. Relax & stay with the whole family at our peaceful hideaway.

This quiet, yet friendly neighborhood is on a dead-end drive. It is a warm, inviting place to relax and play. Spend the evening on the deck or around a bonfire by the lake and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The cottage comes with a private dock, two kayaks, and life jackets. Totally unplugged.

On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, sking, swimming. Relax outside under 2 large shade trees on patio for those hot summer days. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.

Charming Lakefront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
