Cashmere Cottage

Located privately on beautiful acreage amongst a bush setting. Home to koalas, kookaburras, and horses Oliver and George. This private guesthouse features a separate bedroom (queen bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, ideal solo traveler’s or small families. 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 25 minutes from Brisbane International Airport, and 1 hour to the Sunshine Coast. Many local cafes and grocery stores nearby. Just a 4-minute drive to the Eatons Hill Hotel and South Pine Sports Complex.

Poolside Guest House

Nice semi-rural area with some local bird-life and keep an eye out for the koalas. The guesthouse has it's own dedicated driveway with remote controlled gates for you to come and go as you please, with a carport adjoining the guesthouse for your use. A day before your arrival I will message the guest with the locked boxed code, located in the carport. Close to Petrie Historical Village with markets and walking trails around Lake Samsonvale. Walking distance to North Pine 9 Hole Golf Course.

Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac this tiny house offers everything. Modern completely self contained tiny house with own private access and off road parking. Private deck with access to the large swimming pool. Just a few minutes drive to the Bruce Highway, North Lakes Westfield (Ikea and Costco) and North Lakes Medical precinct. 20 mins from airport, 40mins to Sunshine Coast, 60mins to Gold Coast. 10 minute walk to the railway station for direct travel to Brisbane City or Redcliffe.

Rivervilla tranquility by the bay.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Boasting air-conditioned accomodation with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large patio, unit located under existing house in Bald Hills QLD. Free WiFi and free off street parking under carport. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 klm from Brisbane Entertainment Centre and 400 metres from railway station. The spacious holiday unit has a TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen, including stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Also included is a washing machine and dryer available.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
