The downstairs family room also has a queen Murphy bed, and the loft has a queen bed. The house is located on the water with stunning 180-degree Chelan and mountain views. It has its own private dock with boat and jet ski lifts, a buoy, two decks, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, Outdoor dining, Fire Pit, and more.

Okanogan River Guest House in Tonasket

Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Tonasket that shares 1 acre with our home, a 5 minute walk into town. We are surrounded by orchards and the Okanogan River, and home to chickens in a fenced pasture, as well as 2 small dogs and a cat. You will hear rural sounds of farmers, some highway noise, and the peace of nature on the river. Upon your arrival you will find a key with instructions, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, and teas to enjoy. No pets please.

The Cottages at Lone Point Cellars

6 cottages, each are 480 sq. feet and features a living room with a memory foam sofa sleeper, gas fireplace and big screen TV. Kitchenettes with  microwave, stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher and basic utensils are also included. The bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed and TV as well. To top it all off you also have a 130 sq. foot deck that is right on the edge of the ridge offering up a 180 degree view of the Columbia River valley – nice spot to sit and relax.

The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.
